Alhaz GK Mushahid, an international artist, inventor, and researcher, presents “The Great Innovation of Climate Action: God-Gifted Nature Radar” as a nature-based concept centered on the remarkable Palmyra Palm tree.
Through this artwork, he shares his vision of how Palmyra Palms can serve as natural guardians for people, animals, and the environment while contributing to climate action and environmental protection. Based on his long-term observation and research, Alhaz GK Mushahid highlights several potential environmental benefits of Palmyra Palm trees. Their exceptional height may help address lightning-related risks, while their extensive root systems can contribute to soil stabilization and water conservation. The trees also absorb carbon dioxide, support the natural oxygen cycle, and store carbon within their biomass for extended periods. The artwork highlights seven important environmental benefits of Palmyra Palms, including potential protection against lightning, carbon absorption and storage, oxygen production, soil conservation, water retention, protection from strong winds, and broader environmental protection.Through “God-Gifted Nature Radar,” Alhaz GK Mushahid seeks to bring together climate action, nature-based solutions, scientific research, and the protection of human life. His vision is to encourage the strategic planting of Palmyra Palm trees around important locations and inspire governments, researchers, communities, and future generations to explore their potential environmental applications.
The artwork conveys his belief that nature itself can become a powerful partner in addressing climate challenges and building a safer, healthier, and more sustainable world for future generations.
