The Explanation, Rules, and Plan used for this challenge.
Note: The main components of our plan used for this challenge may not be duplicated or used in any plan entered for this challenge. Read the information on our plan thoroughly as a way to avoid using any components of our plan in your entry.
To begin with, we want to explain our meaning of the words World Peace used for this challenge. For all practical purposes, establishing a system of World Peace is directly related to, or the same as, establishing a system of International Law and Order based on a new legalized International Bill of Human Rights entitlements for all people on earth without exception. This is essentially the known civilizing method used throughout history to create structured and peaceful societies. Without law and order there can be no Peace, Human Rights, or Civilized Order in any society. Human Rights are the foundation for all systems of law and order in all democracies and most all dictatorships because the people must willingly accept living within systems of law and order as the best practical means to secure their own Peace and Human Rights. A study of the original purpose of the United Nations will show a very similar approach to establishing Peace in this world to the plan we are using for this challenge.
60 years ago right after World War II and the use of the first nuclear bomb the world leaders realized the world must become civilized or suffer the consequences of future nuclear expansion and possible nuclear wars. The leaders of the world united and built the United Nations for the purpose of civilizing this world through a system of International Law based on the establishment of an International Bill of Human Rights entitlement for all people. The world knew back then what was required to civilize this world but failed because the governments would not voluntarily agree to abide by the necessary International Laws to be civilized, thus nullifying the original intent of the United Nations. Our version of World Peace uses the same methods to establish Peace through the civilizing system the United Nations was originally intended to provide with a few simple modifications, which makes the original plan workable in today’s world environment.
Civilizing is an ongoing human endevor, which takes place during periods of history when the people begin to feel uncomfortable or threatened within their comfort zones or environments. The world was ready and willing and had all the means necessary and opportunity to become civilized 60 years ago after witnessing the first use of the nuclear bombs during World War II, which threatened the world’s comfort zone. For some reason the gamble was taken to live under the threats of nuclear holocaust rather then become civilized where nuclear proliferation would have been outlawed. Today there is a rapidly growing sense of discomfort in this world due to terrorism, war, military expansionism, corporate dominance, and nuclear proliferation, which indicates the time is now right for a change to establish a more secure and civilized way to exist in this world.
Generally, in mass humans do not act, they react, which means the odds are the people will wait until after the next nuclear attack on one of their major cities to take seriously the necessity to become civilized. The sad thing is we have been warned over and over again, and continually ignore those warnings by electing corporate owned politicians, who take us closer and closer to our eventual destiny rather then move us further away from that destiny. The only thing keeping the world from becoming civilized is a misguided belief things will somehow get better in this uncivilized world without having to change or do anything.
The path to becoming civilized is free, wide-open, will be unopposed, and is available anytime the people choose to take it, however to be safe it must become an action now before it becomes a re-action to devastating events later. Do we heed the warnings, become intelligent, and take the available easy and safe path now, or do we continue to gamble the warnings were wrong, stay in our complacency mode, and be willing to suffer the consequences?
To become civilized we must understand three key elements, Peace, Human Rights, and Law and Order must be included in any plans to establish civilized order in any society because you cannot have any one of those elements without the other two. Incorporating those three elements in a plan for establishing World Peace through a system of International Law and Order makes that plan virtually indisputable as it satisfies the natural desires of all people for structured and civilized order, which greatly enhances human safety and survivability and provides a much higher level of Peace and national security for all countries. The words Peace and Human Rights cannot be debated as being harmful or bad for humanity, and Law and Order is the known, proven, and accepted element that provides both Peace and Human Rights.
There are no new ways to achieve Peace in this world, everything needed to achieve Peace is already known and directly related to being civilized. Law and Order is the needed element to be civilized. What we are suggesting in our plan is again using the known and proven civilizing process to establish a system of Law and Order where leaders, governments, and all others are legally accountable for their actions on all levels. No government has ever civilized anything; governments are the result of the peoples civilizing efforts and are formed to manage the civilized order the people demanded. The perception the governments are responsible for civilizing this world is wrong and why the United Nations failed, it is the people who must demand civilized order from their governments by requiring them to function within a system of International Law and Order. Even though this is a new approach based on old and proven theories, serious consideration should be given to once again using the civilizing process as a means to establish Peace in this world.
War or conflict is a direct result of the natural human retaliation process where a predator violates another persons or group’s space or Human Rights. The systems of Law and Order were designed to eliminate the direct retaliation process by providing a civilized and legal means to extract a form of civilized retaliation within a legal court of law called legal justice, thus avoiding open and violent conflict where innocent people are harmed. We use the phrase, system of World Peace, to demonstrate what a system of International Law and Order will provide for this world. Basically, a system of World Peace would be a natural by-product of a system of International Law and Order.
To be effective, any system of International Law and Order must have the legal authority and the physical means to enforce its laws and prosecute anyone, including entire governments, leaders, organizations, institutions, and others committing crimes against individuals, societies, or humanity. The only difference between a standard law enforcement structure, which is done by governments, and the International Law Enforcement is the enforcement of the new International Laws must be done by a newly formed non-governmental, independent International Law Enforcement Agency not connected to, controlled, or influenced by governments or other private entities. Also, establishing a system of International Law and Order only needs to be done one time, and can be accomplished through a democratic, peaceful and non-violent process.
Establishing a system of International Law and Order based on Human Rights will naturally outlaw all crimes against Humanity, which naturally would include all forms of War, military conflict, and forced military rule, essentially establishing a system of World Peace. Realistically, establishing a system of International Law and Order is at the present time the best available solution to establishing Peace in this world. Law and Order is the foundation for being civilized and the world must become civilized before it can be considered Peaceful. The logic for pursuing a system of International Law and Order as a means to establish Peace in this world is the fact most all people understand the functions and benefits of Law and Order and always demand it as a means to protect their Peace, Human Rights and ensure their safety and survivability. This means an overwhelming majority of people would be in favor of establishing a system of International Law and Order when the opportunity becomes available. The people also have the most vested interests in establishing Peace because they have to pay the ultimate price for War and other mistakes and blunders of their governments.
For the purpose of this challenge we refer to the plan for establishing a system of World Peace through International Law and Order, as a stand-alone issue, which makes it easier to understand for those willing to accept our challenge. However, this civilizing issue calling for Peace through International Law and Order is a perfect add-on issue for hundreds of different organizations pursuing Peace, Freedom, Law and Order, Human Rights, and Justice goals around this world. This issue for Peace through International Law and Order goes beyond the Iraq War and answers the question of what is going to happen to the Peace movement when the Iraq War ends? Are we going to give up the fight for true and lasting Peace in this world once the Iraq War ends like we did after the Viet Nam War or are we going to continue that fight for Peace until anything associated with War, military domination, or crimes against humanity are legally abolished? The unjustified Viet Nam and Iraq Wars should serve as a lesson for why the efforts for Peace should not end until all functions of War and military domination are replaced with a system of International Law and Order.
To create the perfect political issue you must incorporate elements, which cannot be debated and there are no logical or moral debate issues between the pros and cons of being Peaceful, having equal entitlement to legalized Human Rights for all people, or being civilized and secure through a system of International Law and Order. Once we understand this, the only thing missing is the final details on how the system of International Law and Order will work. Since we are not dealing with any unknown factors here, there certainly should be enough incentive and brainpower available in this world to easily design an acceptable plan for the system of International Law and Order. Our plan provides extensive details on how a system of International Law and Order needs to work and our plan can be used as an excellent blueprint for designing the final plan to civilize this world.
Forming a united coalition of Peace seekers campaigning for the cause to establish a system an International Law and Order will create a major dilemma for our politicians, corporate powers, and media outlets. What politician in any government, CEO of any corporation, or media mogul is going to take a public stand against Law and Order, Peace, Human Rights, or ignore the overwhelming demands of the people for civilized and peaceful order? This is a major create the debate issue for the people who will be initiating and presenting this issue for the overall good of their country and the people of this world. This issue for establishing International Law and Order is one of rare those times when the people, through majority support, adopt a policy for their governments. Democratic governments are not separate above the law institutions; they are extensions of the people who form and finance those governments to manage the affairs of their country for them and if the majority of people want their country to be civilized, their government will have no choice in the matter. This call for International Law and Order is another step in the natural human civilizing process being initiated by the people, for the people, and of the people, making it a pure democratic issue, which will be extremely hard for anyone to oppose or find fault with.
There is no doubt all people and all Nations will benefit greatly from a system of International Law and Order, which would also totally derail the secret agendas for world domination by some governments and corporate powers. Once this issue becomes a major public issue, the politicians, corporate powers, and the media outlets must acknowledge the people and their issue for establishing Peace through International Law and Order. This places them in a position where they will have little choice but to agree with the people and be seen publicly supporting that issue. There is no greater power on earth then the power of the people and anyone seen attempting to stop, or take away form the people their greatest opportunity to establish Peace through International Law and Order would be severely chastised. No one has, or ever will, stop mankind’s natural quest for Peace and man will always find a way to keep pursuing that goal until he succeeds.
Due to the Iraq War, there is today a strong worldwide anti-war-Peace-justice seeking infrastructure in place, which has the ability to rapidly mobilize worldwide support for Peace and Justice causes. There is also a growing worldwide awareness that a civilized system of justice must be established to deal with all the atrocities being committed in this world. To be united you must have one popular cause of common interest for everyone to unite behind, which essentially addresses the overall desires of the people and the goals of all the Peace, anti-war, Human Rights, and Justice organizations in this world. Campaigning to establish a system of International Law and Order is the one single cause able to provide the unifying factor needed to accomplish the goals of all the organizations working for moral, just, and civilized order in this world.
We feel adding a new, powerful, and indisputable element to the already functioning anti-war-Peace-justice campaigns will greatly strengthen their causes by creating a serious logical and moral dilemma for the pro-war supporters. Logically, anyone opposing the plan for establishing International Law and Order would become viewed as being anti-Peace, anti-Law and Order, and anti-Human Rights, anti-Justice and un-Patriotic. What kind of credibility would anyone have if they publicly stood against Peace, Human Rights, and civilized Law and Order, and who in their right mind would willingly want to take that stance? Logic dictates any efforts to achieve Peace and Human Rights through Law and Order will naturally be a predominately one-sided and un-debatable issue because there are no logical reasons, other then self-serving, to be against establishing a peaceful and civilized world. Establishing a civilized and peaceful world is the stated goal of all leaders, governments, and religions and our plan to civilize this world challenges them to be true to their words.
For the doubters, it should be understood the cause to establish a system of World Peace through the establishment of International Law and Order based on Human Rights will be virtually unopposed because it is the natural desire of all people to live in Peace and there are no moral or logical arguments against being civilized, law abiding, and Peaceful, which we are taught to be by our governments, religions, and schools. Any popular cause without opposition becomes politically powerful and cannot fail if the people support it. Also, calling for the establishment of a system of International Law and Order is simply another natural step in mans evolutionary progression towards existing in a peaceful and civilized world.
Those willing to unite for the goal of establishing a system of World Peace through International Law and Order will be armed with some very powerful, logical, and moral arguments for their cause. Anyone opposing the issue of Peace through Law and Order must publicly face the people while using illogical, immoral, and un-natural arguments to state their case. We hope this challenge with our plan to establish a system of World Peace through a system of International Law and Order will open the door to a new area of involvement towards achieving a permanent Peace in this world because in the end logic dictates the world will eventually end up with only One system of structured Peace, which must naturally serve the good of all people and Nations equally to be acceptable by all. To many people, the words World Peace means an unrealistic mythical utopian existence and cannot be visualized any other way, but to us the words World Peace means a real and legitimate functioning system of International Law and Order, which is a known and available system capable of being instituted when the people are ready to make that move. The plan used for this challenge provides most all of the details needed to establish a system of International Law and Order.IntroductionThe Plan we are offering for this challenge has great historical and evolutionary significance because as mankind has evolved through history he has continually established or expanded the systems of law and order as a means to create civilized and peaceful environments. Early man was smart enough to figure out if people were going to live together and survive, there needed to be some rules to live by. Throughout history the people were the ones who developed the systems of Law and Order as the means to be civilized, and they formed governments to be the enforcers of their Law and Order for them. If the people did not want to be civilized they would have no use for governments. The natural civilizing process of the human race will not be completed until a system of International Law and Civilized Order is established. Once established, the future generations living in a civilized and peaceful world will be able to concentrate more on solving the infrastructure and social problems, which effect all societies in some way.
This Plan for establishing a system of International Law and Order was developed through the studies of history, human ecology, human nature, allowing us to learn how mankind was able to survive and make progress as he evolved. Although no system of law and order is perfect, those systems work well because of their approved and accepted legality and ability to prosecute and punish anyone who violates the written and accepted law. Also, being imperfect human beings means expecting any system of Peace to be perfect is unreasonable. Our natural duty as humans at this time is to civilize our world to the highest level we are capable of, thus clearing the way for future generations to expand on the world they inherited from us.
Our search for Peace in this world has uncovered a major flaw in the globalization process, which at the present time has no established representation for the people’s rights and freedoms. As the Globalization process continues to develop this world into a single global society; the globalization process not only makes establishing a system of International Law and Order necessary, but possible as a means to ensure the new global society will provide legal standing, equal rights, freedoms, and civilized order for all people. With a little vision we should be able to see the powerful governments and corporations (G8, World Trade Organization, World Bank, and others) maneuvering to carve out their place as eventual rulers of this new lawless global society. With no system of functioning International Law and Order in place the powerful governments and corporations are free to use any means they can get away with to establish their global domination, including War and atrocities.
The system of International Law and Order we are proposing provides the natural democratic means for the people to establish their rightful place in their new global society with legal standing and established Human Rights with legal protections for those Human Rights. Even though the people are presently focused on terrorism and the Iraq War, those things are not the main threat to their future existence in this world. The people should be much more concerned with where the corporate run governments are placing them in their global society. The civilizing process is the fastest way to end the Iraq War and prevent all future wars.
Aside from the Iraq War the people may have noticed the dismantling of their democracy, The elimination of the middle class, Free, unrestricted, unchecked trade, The attempt to create borderless countries, Migration of cheap labor, Elimination of jobs and wage structures, Elimination of unions and unity groups, No concern, other then lip service, for education, healthcare, and worker rights, The sell off of their federal assets, Governmental lies and deceit, Expanding and unchecked corruption in government, Expansion of military power worldwide, The use of government funds to finance private corporate armies, Controlled media, The attacks on the constitutional rights of the people, Taxation without representation, Record breaking national debt, Refusal to enforce the laws, No concern or respect for the will of the majority or democracy, a minority serving democracy, which are all corporate serving issues leading to corporate Global Rule. All of these things are warning signs that a major evolutionary change is under way moving this world to an eventual global society. It is the people who must determine if their global society will be totalitarian or democratically ruled.
Does it seem strange the war in Iraq and all these other things, which harm the people, destroy democracies, and benefit the corporate powers, are all happening at the same time? Is the War in Iraq being used as a distraction from the real attack on our freedom, democracy, and way of life? Doesn’t it seem strange to use public taxpayer monies to pay for government officials to attend secret G8 and other corporate summits? What is it the G8 powers and your leaders don’t want the people to know? It would seem obvious if our leaders and the G8 powers were planning for the people’s rights and freedoms in the new global society, they would surely want the people to know about it.
This plan for International Law and Order will give the people significant political powers and democratic rights, which allows the people to determine how they and their governments will function in their new global society. At the present time, with no plan or leadership in place to secure the peoples rights and legal standing in their new global society the people are forced to stand by and do nothing while other governmental and corporate powers secure their place in the new global society, which is the worst possible position for the people to be in at this crucial time.
The question needing to be answered regarding this challenge is, do the people want to secure the right and power to democratically determine what rights and freedoms they will be entitled to in their new global society, or are they willing to let the corporate powers decide that for them? This is the choice between future global democracy and future global dictatorship. There is a devastating price to pay for complacency, and it’s called slavery. Complacency causes the people to sit and wait to see how bad things will get before they are forced to take action. At the present time there is no one stepping forward to represent the people’s rights and freedoms in their emerging global society and we think this is a critical issue that must be addressed. It is hard to imagine a, lawless global society without any representation for the people’s rights and freedoms.
The cause to establish a system of International Law and Order will be a test of our democracy and what our country represents in this world. A democracy is only as strong as the people who are willing to participate in it. The perceived, or deceived, intention of the present United States government is the pursuit of worldwide Peace, freedom, and democracy. If this is true, the people’s cause for establishing a system of International Law and Order is directly in line with the stated goal of the U.S. government. This should naturally create a partnership of common interest uniting the American people and their government for the same overall goal. If our government refuses to acknowledge the people’s efforts to establish a system of International Law and Order, the American people will finally learn their corporate run government has no interest in pursuing Peace, freedom, and democracy, forcing our leaders to explain the real reason for the Iraq War or our government’s military expansionism. The Challenge
The reason we are so confident with this challenge we can offer 100,00 dollars plus is because we understand the human mind has been conditioned to believe any kind of World Peace is impossible to achieve and naturally thinks anything to do with the words World Peace must not be taken seriously. For some reason a belief structure has emerged that makes people believe anyone campaigning to end War, establish Peace, function in a civilized and law-abiding manner, strengthen and protect our freedoms, enhance our national security, and defend our constitution and democracy are somehow un-Patriotic and un-American. Who would want the people to believe that? The perception that those who support War, uncivilized, immoral, and deceitful governmental policies, while being willing to sacrifice the principles and freedoms of democracy are the real patriots has diluted the meaning of democracy and being civilized. For this reason we believe very little thought has been given to the idea for creating systems for World Peace because anyone who did publicly attempt to work in that area would be chastised for doing so. Also, the fact there is no history of a people driven campaign for World Peace or a system of International Law and Order proves very few people explore the field of World Peace, which gives us reason to believe our challenge is safe.
Where is it written or taught the people must not think about or attempt to achieve Peace for this world. Who does it serve most when Peace and law and order does not exist? Why are we conditioned to believe Peace is not possible in this world and who has conditioned us to believe that.
We have been so conditioned to believe War is the path to Peace; it has become very hard to rap our minds around the reality that, Peace is the only path to ending War. The key to establishing a system of International Law and Order is changing that conditioned belief structure, which we hope to do by providing proof that a system of World Peace through International Law and Order is possible to achieve and is available. When the conditioned human mind inadvertently but automatically ignores or repels all thoughts of World Peace it severely restricts the human ability to think seriously about any kind of Peace or make any achievements in the Peace making field. Therefore, to change a human conditioned belief structure people must be willing to accept the fact what they have been conditioned to believe may not be totally true and does causes them great harm, or the people will continue to suffer the consequences of their un-true conditioned belief structure.
Why are humans so strongly attached to this false and dangerous belief structure, which causes the human race continual harm and suffering when they could easily learn how to establish a system of International Law and Order, which will provide all people with a much higher level of safety, security, and Peace without involvement in War and its atrocities? Can the people afford to gamble that the plan for establishing a system of International Law and Order we are suggesting in this challenge is not the solution to establishing the type of Peace they so desperately want? At one time the leaders who established the United Nations believed strongly Peace could be achieved through a system of International Law and Order. It was the power seeking governments who led the world away from the United Nations goal of Peace through International Law and Order and the world has had to suffer ever since.
One of our goals with this challenge is to seek out peace seekers willing be a contributing member in a centralized Peace Think Tank with the goal of formulating the best possible plan for establishing a system of International Law and Order leading to a higher level of Peace for this world. When it was decided to go to the moon or build the nuclear bomb, the starting process for those major projects was first gathering the best minds available in those fields and letting them figure out how to accomplish their particular goals. They weren’t looking for a thousand different ways to build a nuclear bomb or go to the moon; they were looking for the One best possible solution to accomplish their goals.
Building a system of International Law and Order and creating World Peace would also be human challenge in need of a starting point with input and ideas from the thinkers and planners working in the Peace field. We don’t need a thousand different ways to achieve Peace; we only need the One best way. A collective effort by the united peace-seekers to develop One single plan for establishing Peace in this world is needed. A system of International Law and Order realistically creates the only kind of Peace capable of satisfying and uniting all people in this world for that One single goal. Logically, it makes more sense to unite the Peace seeking forces available today to establish a system of International Law and Order, which will in one collective effort solve the multiple issues caused by War, corruption, military expansionism, and all crimes against humanity.
The efforts to achieve a permanent system of Peace will unite the people for a single Peace through Law and Order cause, while the efforts to achieve a more temporary type of Peace by stopping a single War are important and necessary, but generally divide the people by creating a battle of ideological beliefs between the anti-war and pro-war sides. As long as the option for War remains available, there can only be the temporary types of Peace between wars, but take away the option of War through a system of International Law and Order and a permanent system of Peace will be achieved. There is no logical reason to keep investing our time and efforts in attempting to stop each War as they take place when it is possible to completely stop all War.
Through this challenge we are seeking out all other credible plans for establishing Peace in this world with the purpose of using them to help formulate the One best plan possible. We believe it would be beneficial for all those working on ways to establish Peace in this world to work together through a centralized Think Tank process where ideas can be sent, discussed, evaluated, modified, or adopted into a single plan for establishing a permanent system of World Peace. As far as we know there never have been any unified efforts by the People to establish a system of International Law and Order and we believe it is time for that process to begin. Some will argue the United Nations is designed for this purpose, which it was, but the United Nations is a government run agency with no agreed upon legal authority to enforce its voluntary international laws. International Law and Order must provide and protect the peoples Human Rights and freedoms, not the governments right to function freely without any legal restrictions, which has been the failure of the United Nations.
We believe it would be much easier for the people to establish a system of International Law and Order due to the fact it would serve the good of all people and all Nations equally while being virtually impossible for anyone to justify reasons why the world should not become peaceful due to being civilized. There should be no public opposition to establishing a system of International Law and Order because any opposition to being civilized and living in Peace would be un-natural, illogical, immoral and insulting to human intelligence. The logic is, this world now has global systems of communications, travel, trade, sports, politics, religion, terrorism and war, and so on, but so far no system of International Law and Order or any discussions on that issue.
We are offering 100,000 dollars plus for anyone that may want to prove our plan for a system of World Peace through the establishment of International Law and Civilized Order will not work, by providing another different and better way to achieve the same goal that will work. We don’t believe Peace can exist in an uncivilized world and we are challenging anyone to prove us wrong.
We believe the intelligent human mind is designed to, and is capable of, solving all the problems mankind encounters when the overall thought process is united and focused on any particular issue, including the issue of creating a civilized world. The plan being used for this challenge is based on our belief that any type of Peace, which would encompass this entire world, must be achieved through a man created, structured, and managed system of International Law and Order. Based on the studies of Human Ecology, all human existence is dependent on living within systems, such as the governmental, religious, defense, transportation, communications, healthcare, educational, and law and order systems, ect, which man has created and maintained to enhance his survival. Until the people unite and build a structured and managed system of International Law and Order designed to civilize this world and ensure their Human Rights, Peace, and Freedoms there will be no permanent Peace in this world.
Our plan is not intended to make all people peaceful, but to make the systems man has created function in a structured, peaceful, and civilized manner. Our suggested system of International Law and Order is completely different then the present International Law due to the fact it is designed to have a mandatory set of laws and a physical and functioning enforcement structure in place. Our suggested system of International Law and Order incorporates the legal authority and physical means to deal with all crimes against individuals, societies, and humanity committed by any world leaders, governments, religions, private groups and others. There would be no Iraq War today had there been a system of International Law and Order in place with the legal authority to prosecute those who are now committing crimes against humanity. We need to face the fact the human race will continue to suffer the crimes against humanity until an International System of Law and Order is established. Basically, we cannot make all people Peaceful, but we can build a system of International Law and Order, which has the legal authority and physical means to arrest and prosecute those who are not.
There would be no War if the perpetrators of illegal War became International criminals and subjects to be, abducted, arrested, and prosecuted. The theories of International Law need not be any different then the theories of local to federal law where a crime is a crime or murder is murder and those that commit crimes or murder on all levels of society become criminals subject to prosecution. Man has established the systems of law and order as the best means to survive in a civilized manner within his societies, and now needs to build the final system of International Law and Order to complete the natural evolutionary civilizing process.
The goal of our challenge is to now seek out all other different and workable plans for establishing a functioning system of World Peace and reward the plan judged to be the most practical and better way to establish a system of World Peace. Those entering this challenge may not copy or use any of the major components described in the plan used for this challenge. For this challenge we are not seeking simple modifications or additions to our plan; we are seeking practical and acceptable plans for other different and better ways to establish a workable system of World Peace. However, if no winning plan is found for this challenge and ideas from other plans are discovered, which would improve upon the plan we are offering for this challenge, we will negotiate with the author for the right to incorporate their new ideas or modifications into our plan. The results of this challenge will allow us to explore all practical options for establishing Peace in this world. Hopefully, with the offering of a financial reward plus instant celebrity status for the winner we will be able to encourage people to focus their attention towards establishing a system of Peace for this world.
The Plus part of this Challenge is; the winner, if any, will naturally maintain ownership of all literary and other copy rights to their work, however the winner must grant the We Want World Peace Organization the rights to use that winning plan, at no cost, for its pursuit of World Peace. The possibilities of celebrity status alone would be worth millions due to book, movie, and television deals, which are sure to follow anyone who did develop a plan leading to the establishment of a permanent system of World Peace. Speaking engagements and personal appearances along with numerous Peace prizes are all other possibilities for rewards, which may be available to the winner.
A third part of the plus; makes all people winners in this challenge. Learning the civilizing process for establishing a system of World Peace through International Law and Order is available and now under way will benefit all people because it starts the mental crossing over process from the uncivilized and outdated human warring mentality to a more advanced civilized mentality of existing together Peacefully without war. With Peace will come prosperity and many opportunities in the Peacekeeping field, which has never been developed into a full time industry.
We feel very confident it would be extremely difficult for anyone to win our challenge by bettering our existing plan for establishing World Peace through International Law and Order based on an International Bill of Human Rights. We did not intend for this challenge to be easy, but we do intend to make it very worthwhile for anyone who does develop a different and better plan for establishing a system of World Peace, which is judged by the people to be better then the one we are offering for this challenge.
Rules and regulations for the $100,000+ World Peace Challenge.
To accept this challenge you need not attempt to provide theories to create a utopian or mystical type of world where all things are perfect for all people, but it would be wonderful if anyone did. Our definition of World Peace is (the total absence of, or the total abolition of war, military conflict, and military rule). Your definition of World Peace may differ from ours, but your plan must explain how to achieve your definition of World Peace. The plan you provide for this challenge must be your own original, different from our plan, and judged to be better and easier to implement then the plan we are providing for this challenge. Even though we are providing our plan for establishing a permanent system of World Peace through the establishment of International Law and Order for this challenge doesn’t mean other better plans cannot be developed or are not available, so the opportunity for reward is there for those willing to take on this intellectual and rewarding challenge.

Reviewing our Plan for establishing a structured System of World Peace:
Our plan for establishing a structured system of World Peace starts with the people of this world by understanding one thing they all want and would willingly accept. All people are part of the same human race and live on the same piece of ground called earth. Although being genetically different in many ways, all people are the same and are born with a strong natural instinctive desire to survive. To survive, all people instinctively know their survivability rate increases dramatically when living in healthy, peaceful, and civilized environments. Therefore, for the over 6.5 billion people on this earth the logical answer to the questions of, do you want to live in Peace, and do you want to live within a system of World Peace based on International Law and Order would naturally be Yes due to their natural human survival instinct.
If over 6.5 billion people all naturally want the same thing, how do they get what they want? There are known factors called Unity, and the Power of the People. Naturally, the more people that are united for a single cause the more powerful that cause becomes. To start the civilizing process a critical mass of approximately 10 million people is needed as a means to make this issue a known public issue. In the United States 10 million committed people can become a powerful political force able to determine the outcome of any election. No politician can afford to ignore 10 million voters; therefore the politicians must address this civilizing issue. Once the politicians begin to publicly address the popular civilizing issue the critical mass will grow to the overwhelming majority ensuring the civilizing process will succeed.
A single common cause such as uniting to establish a system of International Law and Order would become enormously powerful because any means to increase the people’s personal safety and survivability would become popular and supported by the majority of all people. The cause for World Peace through International Law and Order could not possibly fail as it would be illogical, immoral, and unnatural for any person to campaign against his or her own personal safety and survivability. The people, united together to establish a system of International Law and Order, would possess overwhelming political power because absolutely nothing, including governments, religions, corporations, businesses, or anything man has created can survive without the constant flow of money, support, and labor provided by the people. For example, imagine the great Wal-Mart, or the U.S. government, or the Catholic Church surviving without the constant flow of support, money, and labor provided to those institutions by the people, therefore to survive, those institutions must yield to the will of the people when it comes to the overall good of the human race.
Any elements opposing the united people in their pursuit of World Peace through International Law and Order cannot survive because the people will naturally stop supporting anyone or anything, which attempts to deny the people the opportunity to enhance their own personal, security, safety, and survivability. This fact will make the cause to establish Peace through Law and Order a totally one-sided and achievable endevor by the people.
Understanding this world belongs to the people because nothing can function without the support and efforts of the people makes a united people the ultimate power in this world; able to easily achieve anything we collectively desire. The people are the ones responsible for the establishment of Peace in their world because we are the only ones with the collective need, desire, and power to do it. It is the people who build and support societies and pay for the governments to manage them and it is the people who approve of how their government functions on all levels. It is the people who must determine how we want our governments to function in this new global society. The plan for establishing a system of International Law and Order will provide the means to allow the people to determine how we want our government to function Internationally. The plan for establishing a system of International Law and Order being a people instituted and driven plan means the plan is non-negotiable with their governments because the people are the government and the people will not attempt to negotiate away their own Human Rights, Peace, Freedoms, or the protections of Law and Order. Basically, when the people accept and incorporate the legal responsibility for abiding by a system of International Law and Order for their governments, their governments must accept that plan as written without objections or the people will naturally remove those who do object.
Again, all human existence is dependent on living within man-made systems, such as the systems of government, religion, communications, and so on which the people have built and maintained for their survival. To keep up with this world, which is rapidly advancing into a full-fledged and functioning globalized community it is imperative the systems of law and order be expanded to cover all areas that are not presently covered by any civilized system of law and order. At the present time there is no enforceable International Law available to maintain our global community in a civilized manner. To be Peaceful we must be civilized, meaning the time has arrived when a system of International Law and Civilized Order is needed to protect the people’s rights and freedoms and ensure a peaceful and civilized global community.
Since it is not practical for any one single government to enforce any International Laws without causing wars and military conflict, a system must be established that creates a partnership of Nations existing together within a civilized International System of Law and Order. It was thought at one time the United Nations could provide for a civilized world, but the United Nations has failed because it has become an un-united conglomerate of governments with different power structures and ideals with competing agendas.
The people, who are the only system builders, must again unite their powers and build the system of International Law and Order and adjust their governments to function within that system. Building systems for survival is a natural process for humans and the people should understand they own their government and their government cannot survive without them, therefore there will be no governmental opposition to building the system of International Law and Order. No governmental official would ever tell the people that they do not want their country to be peaceful and civilized or they do not want the people to have Peace or Human Rights. It only makes sense the people learn to function as a collective group in their new global community to secure a legal voice in our global community. With the governmental and corporate powers now carving out their place in the global community, it is imperative the people do the same.
Our plan asks all people to personally decide if we want to support the establishment of a system of World Peace through International Law and Order. We feel no person should have a right to decide for, or assume others do not want to live in Peace without allowing those others to personally make that choice. Our plan uses the principles of democracy to determine if a system of World Peace based on International Law and Order will be established. When all people are allowed to personally have their own choice on the World Peace issue, it will eliminate the outside pressures from leaders, governments, religions, corporate structures, political parties, or others who may want to dilute the issues of World Peace or International Law and Order to divide the people in order to suit their own agendas. Establishing a system of World Peace is an automatic done deal if it is left up to the people to decide on a personal level. Also, allowing the people to personally decide the World Peace issue eliminates any discrimination issues, which would demonstrate to the world all people do have the same desire for Peace. The very first step in creating a true World Democracy is allowing the people to personally determine how we want to live in our global community.
A very important component in our plan calls for establishing a written and legalized International Bill of Human Rights, which will become the equal and legal Human Rights entitlements for all people on earth regardless of governmental or other policies. This would be the first time in history Human Rights entitlements for all people would have international legality and protections. Our plan allows the people the right to determine what Human Rights they are entitled to and under the system of International Law and Order the governments will be legally bound to honor and respect those International Human Rights for their citizens. This International System of Law and Order, based on those International Human Rights, would establish a standard and equal value for all human life, without exception, by making each person on earth, by virtue of life itself, a legal global citizen with equal entitlement and legal protections for their established International Human Rights.
This International Bill of Human Rights incorporated, as the foundation for the International System of Law and Order would establish the legal standard of Human Rights and freedoms all civilized governments must provide for their citizens. Once the International Bill of Human Rights is established it must be enforced and protected by a system of International Law and Order. Human Rights belong to the people and they shall be determined by the people and should be held as the highest entitlement for all people. Under no circumstances should any single government or leader have the legal right to determine what Human Rights its citizens are entitled to.
All systems of law and order need management structures, such as governments. Since the governments would be subjects to the International System of Law and Order they cannot be the primary managers of the enforcement of the International Laws. The enforcement of the International Laws would need to be managed by an international, independent, and non-governmental agency. In our plan for World Peace we call this new international agency the Global Peacekeeping Organization or the GPO.
This independent Global Peacekeeping Organization would look similar to the United Nations but its function and purpose would be entirely different. This Global Peacekeeping Organization is designed to be the legal enforcer of the International Laws and protector of the people’s Human Rights and freedoms, which the United Nations is not. The people will build and manage the independent Global Peacekeeping Organization as a means to ensure government’s honor our International Human Rights and abide by the International Laws. Each country who’s people agree to live within the International System of Law and Order would elect or appoint one, independent diplomat to occupy a seat in the main body of the GPO. This main body would function democratically with each seat being entitled to one equal vote on all issues brought before the main body. A majority vote in the main body on all issues would be required for approval on any issue. There would be no such thing as veto power granted for any seat in the main body. The Global Peace Organization will build one International Headquarters where the main body will preside and all business will take place in open and public formats. Each country will build a Global Peace Organization National Headquarters where the people of a country would have free and public access to GPO officials with issues regarding any Peace or Human Rights concerns.
A specially selected and diverse committee of people from around the world will be assigned the duty of drafting an International Bill of Human Rights using the known Human Rights available today while adding other needed Human Rights, which provide for and ensure the Peace for all people. An example of our version of the International Bill of Human Rights can be found and reviewed on our website, which can be used as a starting format for this committee. Next, once drafted the committee will publish the International Bill of Human Rights for review by the people and the committee will review any objections or modifications suggested by the people. Once the people accept the International Bill of Human Rights as written, the committee will draft the International Laws needed to guarantee and protect the International Bill of Human Rights for all people. The people will review the International Laws ensuring they are equal and fair for all parties before becoming law.
The International Laws and Human Rights entitlements, which will be pre-written by an independent, international committee of people with knowledge of International Law and Human Rights, will be incorporated into the International System of Law and Order once accepted and approved by the people. There is no reason for the governments to be involved in the process of drafting or establishing the International Laws or the International Bill of Human Rights because the governments will be subject to those laws, and naturally governments would tend to negotiate laws to favor their agendas.
The people in each country will give their approval for the Global Peacekeeping Organization to be the primary and sole enforcer of the International System of Law and Order by uniting together and adjusting their government to function internationally as a sworn and legal member of the new peaceful and civilized global community. Acceptance for all countries requires compliance to the International Bill of Human Rights and abiding by the International Laws. By doing this, the people will be granting the GPO the legal authority to manage their Peace and Human Rights for them and be the primary legal enforcer of their International System of Law and Order. The GPO will require each government agreeing to be part of the peaceful and civilized global community to assume the legal responsibility for being its countries national enforcer of the International Laws and protector of the people’s International Bill of Human Rights within the borders of their respective countries, and the GPO will be legally responsible to ensure they do.
With the International Laws and the International Bill of Human Rights being pre-written and pre-approved by the people, the GPO will be legally bound to enforce those International Laws as written and presented without having the authority or right to debate, change, add to, subtract from, or disregard any of those Human Rights entitlements or International Laws without public debate and the approval of the people. The GPO will not be a Congress that makes law or be a political debate society, it will be a law enforcement agency legally bound to enforce the International Laws it is presented with as written without debate. Any debate about the International Laws will be done in the International Court and the majority of people must approve any changes recommended by the International Court. The people of each country will have the right to replace their diplomat in the GPO at any time if they deem he or she is not fulfilling their appointed duties. It would be illegal and punishable under International Law for governments or others to lobby diplomats of the GPO to gain favors or advantages for their agendas. This will eliminate the possibility of corruption within the GPO and allow the people to maintain constant control over the GPO.
The GPO would be charged with overseeing the management of the two main elements in law enforcement, one being an International Court of Law and the other being an International Law Enforcement Agency. The GPO would have the legal authority to establish, operate, and maintain its own separate International Court of Law, which would deal strictly with the International System of Law and Order needed to protect the peoples Peace and Human Rights. The International Court would use the principles of the fair trial process where all proceedings are public while using judges, prosecutors, jurors, and defense attorneys for all trials. Other International Courts of Law would deal with all other international or foreign relations issues between governments not related to maintaining the Peace and protecting the Human Rights of the people.
The main body of the GPO would function as an international prosecuting attorney by committee. Any violation of the International Laws or Human Rights of the people would be brought to the attention of the main body. The main body would review and investigate the violation and determine if there was enough evidence to request an international arrest warrant. If the main body determines a violation of the International Law did occur, it will be required by law to take the evidence to the International Court and request an International Warrant for the arrest of the violator or violators. Once the International Arrest Warrant is issued, the main body will notify the government where the violation occurred and instruct that government to arrest and turn over the violator or violators to the International Court for prosecution. Basically, this is how any system of law and order operates with the exception the prosecuting attorney duties in the International Court of Law would be handled by an international committee of people called the main body, instead of an individual who may be influenced or corrupted.
The GPO would have the legal authority to establish, operate, and maintain an International Peacekeeping Police Force. When the people in each country with their government accept being a member of the peaceful and civilized global community and live under the guidelines of International Law they will be required to allow the GPO the primary command and use of their countries military forces for two purposes. One purpose would be for use as part of an active, coalition style, International Peacekeeping Police Force, which would be a GPO managed coalition police force made up of military forces contributed to the coalition by each member country. An international peacekeeping police command center would be established and managed by the GPO using military commanders and law enforcement officials from all member countries. The member governments would command and operate their own military forces within the peacekeeping coalitions guidelines approved by the GPO. It would be illegal for this International Peacekeeping Police Force to use any military force under any circumstance without approval and total oversight from the GPO. Basically, the GPO would convert all military forces to Peacekeeping forces under one centralized command structure.
The active coalition International Peacekeeping Police Force would perform three duties. One duty would be to provide an international layer of security and military protection for all member countries by functioning as a large and powerful deterrent force ready to defend any member country from military threats or attack. Another duty would be to apprehend and arrest any violators of the International Laws when ordered to do so by the GPO, and finally to assist with all natural disasters and humanitarian issues that may occur anywhere in the world.
The second purpose for allowing the GPO primary command of the member countries military forces is, it would allow the GPO to order all military forces of its member countries, which are not used as part of the active International Peacekeeping Police Force, to return to or remain within the borders of the home country and perform four duties. One: provide for the national defense of that country. Two: to enforce the International Laws inside of that country if the government refuses to, or is unable to enforce those International Laws. Three: to train and be ready to assist the active International Peacekeeping Police Force if needed and do rotation duties with its forces serving in the active International Peacekeeping Police Force. Four: to assist in all natural disasters or humanitarian issues, which may occur within that country. Basically, the GPO will have the legal right under international law to order each country’s military forces to remain inside of its borders eliminating all military expansionism, which is the main reason for terrorism in the world.
With the GPO having the legal authority to have primary command of the military forces of its member countries, it will provide a much higher level of security, safety, and survivability for all civilized people and Nations. This will be a treaty type situation with the independent GPO being the manager of that treaty with all countries agreeing to be contributing partners in defending the global community, which in turn guarantees a higher level of Peace and security for each member country. Also, under International Law all military personal of all member countries will automatically become primarily a member of the International Peacekeeping Police Force, whether being part of the active International Peacekeeping Police Force or assigned to training and defense duties inside of their home countries. All military personal of all countries will be required to swear an oath to the people of this world to be first in duty a defender of the Peace, enforcer of the International Laws, and protector of the peoples Human Rights and secondly to serve as a defender of the national security for his home country. This allows the GPO to require all military personal to serve the same cause, on the same side, for the same reason, which creates a partnership in duty and purpose for all military personal.
The great part of this plan is the fact no country will have to give up its military forces, which gives the people in each country a sense of security while the system of International Law and Order gets solid footing. There may be no future use for large and powerful military forces, but that will be a future decision by the people.
Each member government will maintain command of their own military forces, but the GPO will determine how and when those military forces will be used. It would be against International Law for any leader of a government or government itself to order the use of military force unless it was militarily attacked on its own soil. In that case, the GPO is legally bound to militarily assist in defending that country and assumes management of that dispute. Any government militarily attacking another government would have to face the large and powerful International Peacekeeping Police Force, and that government, or responsible officials, would under International Law be declared international criminals, arrested and prosecuted.
The GPO will also have a legally mandated process it must follow when pursuing a violator of the International Laws or the Human Rights of the people. The GPO must first identify the violator or violators, then pursue only those individuals who have violated the International Laws and will not be allowed to attack countries, cities, neighborhoods, or the homes of innocent people in the pursuit of those individual international criminals. This would be the same method used in any system of law and order to pursue criminals. The highest priority when pursuing an international criminal will be to protect the lives and property of innocent people. The theories of pursuit in any system of law and order is to pursue a criminal until he is cornered or gives up and then arrest him, and this will be the same theory used with the International System of Law and Order.
The process for establishing a system of World Peace based on International Law and Order must start with an acceptable plan, which serves all people and all Nations equally. Once an agreeable plan is developed the process must start with the American people because today many countries view the United States government, and the American people, as the biggest threat to the Peace in this world. The World will notice when the American people unite and demonstrate to the world they no longer will tolerate their governments policies and actions in this world and begin pursuing measures to establish a system of International Law and Order, which will make the United States a peaceful, civilized, and law abiding Nation within the global community. The people in other countries will surly notice what the American people are doing and want their governments to join the American people and the United States government in building a peaceful and civilized global community. The democratic and united American people have the right and power to not vote for or do business with anyone who opposes their goal of establishing a system of International Law and Order including voluntarily not purchasing products or doing business with countries opposed to being part of a peaceful and civilized law abiding global community.
The power lies with the American people to lead this world to Peace by making the United States the leader in the establishment of the system of International Law and Order. The world looks to the American people for leadership on many issues because the United States is the most powerful Nation in this world today. There is no logical reason why the United States government and the American people working together cannot use their power to be the leader in establishing Peace in this world. Until the American people unite and change the policies of their corporate controlled government, their government will continue to serve the minority interest of the corporate powers, which is more geared to profits and global domination then it is to establishing Peace. We believe the American people have the courage and power to lead this world to Peace, and will, because their unity will also give them the collective power to re-establish their endangered democracy and undo some of the self-serving corporate policies, which are destroying their country.
The American people will benefit the most from establishing a system of International Law and Order due to the fact the American people will no longer be expected to be the lone worlds police force and be involved in, and pay for, every conflict in this world. With a system of International Law and Order, which ends military expansionism by requiring all military forces to stay within their borders, the American people and the people of the countries aligned with the United States in its military expansionism will no longer be the targets for radical terrorists groups fighting against military expansionism. The savings alone in lives, treasury, and resources will allow the American People to concentrate on declining infrastructure and social issues, which are destroying their country. This is the opportunity for the American people to again flex their democratic muscles and provide something good for this world.
The beauty of this plan is in the minimal amount of effort each person individually has to make in the process of establishing the system of World Peace through International Law and Order. Each person wanting Peace and a civilized world needs to register with the We Want World Peace Organization to show numbers and power, which gives the cause for establishing a system of World Peace a strong and powerful voice when challenging politicians, religions, corporations, businesses, and others to join and support the cause for establishing the system of International Law and Order. Each person can use e-mail, phone, regular mail, or personal contact to notify their politicians, media outlets, corporations, and others letting them know they are now supporting the efforts to establish a system of International Law and Order in order to establish Peace in this world and may not vote for, support, or do business with anyone not seen publicly supporting the people with their efforts to establish Peace in this world.
No politician or businessman wants to be viewed as being opposed to the idea of his country being peaceful and civilized or opposed to its citizens being entitled to Human Rights. With the help of the people, this cause for World Peace through International Law and Order will become a major news story, and once it does no one will want to be seen as being anti-World Peace, anti-Law and Order, or anti-Human Rights or un-Patriotic. When the cause for World Peace becomes public and popular with the people, it will become the number one issue during the 2008 Presidential elections making the establishment of Law and Order and the achievement of Peace the deciding issue during the elections. This issue makes the 2008 elections about what the people want, not about what the corporate powers want.
With the opportunity to reach a higher level of permanent Peace, security, and Human Rights the people in all the 120 democracies in this world (about 3.5 billion people) will also logically join the American people in instructing their governments to become participating members in the peaceful and civilized global community. The 120 democracies combined have about 80% of the military and economic power in this world and could use that power to pressure the dictatorships to dissolve and become participating members of the democratic global community. The 3.5 billion people in the 120 democracies have the right to personally boycott products from countries that are not moving fast enough to become members of the peaceful and civilized global community.
In the dictatorships, the dictators will come under enormous pressure from their citizens, who naturally will want Human Rights, to be free, secure, and Peaceful, to yield his power so their country can become a participating member of the peaceful and civilized global community. Any dictator will be forced to explain to his people why he alone will not allow the people in his country to have Human Rights, freedom, security, and live in Peace, which will cause major dissention or a possible revolution by the people. Dangling the opportunity to be free, secure, and peaceful with guaranteed Human Rights in front of people who are basically slaves to a dictator will cause unrest in any dictatorship. The GPO will warn the dictators to not use military force or intimidation against his people if they revolt against his leadership or it may send in the large and powerful International Peacekeeping Police Force to defend the people.
The military forces of the dictator logically will not willingly fight against their own people and their own families just so they can remain slaves to a single dictator. The power of the people living in a dictatorship will be greatly enhanced knowing outside help is available if the people seek to replace their dictatorship with a democracy so their country can become part of the peaceful and civilized global community. Without any outside support from other governments or the United Nations the dictators will become virtually isolated in their efforts to hold their power, therefore the dictatorships will become extinct in a short period of time. Today, there are about one hundred dictators in this world and it’s amazing to think how one hundred people can hold over three billion people hostage in what some think is a civilized world.
Terrorism is an issue, which must be addressed in any cause for Peace. There are three ways to deal with the terrorism issue as a result of the people establishing a system of International Law and Order. One: Since the Peace and the International Law and Order issue is a people driven cause that eliminates all military expansionism by returning all military forces to their home countries with the exception of the non-governmental GPO controlled International Peacekeeping Police Force, the Great Satin theory will no longer exist, which would take away the rallying cause from the terrorists. In a strange way the establishment of a system of World Peace would be a victory for the terrorists because the Great Satin they fear so much (the U.S. government) will no longer exist as the single global power. Two: With the people, not the governments, being in charge of the Peace in this world any acts of terrorism would be viewed as a direct attack on the Peace, Freedoms, and Human Rights of the people, which in turn makes the terrorists international criminals. Any terrorism attacks would give the GPO the legal right to use all means at its disposal to pursue and apprehend the terrorists using its large and powerful International Peacekeeping Police Force along with legally using the governments military forces, police forces, and help from the people of the countries where the terrorists hide or seek shelter. Under International Law the GPO would have the legal authority to pursue and apprehend international criminals without restrictions from governments or borders. Any government attempting to hinder the pursuit of terrorists may become international criminals for their actions while protecting the terrorists.
Three: An ideological battle will take place between the popular people driven theory of democratic choice, Peace, Freedom, Human Rights, and Civilized Law and Order against the outdated individual ruler theory of forced slavery used in the old master and slave system of rule over people. This would allow the people to chose which of the two ideologies they want to support. The terrorists need support to survive and anyone, including government officials, found supporting terrorism in any way will also become international criminals, pursued and prosecuted. It is impossible to defeat an ideology with bombs, but an ideology can be defeated with a more desirable and people friendly ideology. Under a system of International Law and Order any use of force or intimidation to promote any agenda, not willingly accepted by the people, would be unlawful and dealt with by the GPO. Taking away the terrorists logic for why he is fighting ends terrorism.
So, how do the 6.5 billion people achieve Peace in this world? First, there must be a plan available, which is acceptable by the majority, then organize and establish a centralized starting point. The We Want World Peace Organization is providing a plan and a starting point through this challenge. Next, each person must personally decide if they will support the cause to establish a system of International Law and Order and unite with others by joining the cause. The most important thing the cause for establishing World Peace through International Law and Order needs is showing the numbers of people who are interested in supporting the plan because numbers are the power in any cause, this is called the critical mass political force. Register with the We Want World Peace Organization, or other organizations supporting this cause, on this website or by contacting us to declare your support, it is free and easy to do. If you choose to do more you can make a charitable donation of any amount to the We Want World Peace Organization enabling them to continue the pursuit of World Peace. With adequate funding the We Want World Peace Organization will pursue politicians, governments, religions, corporations, businesses, organizations, and others to seek out and identify those who do not want you, the people, to live in a peaceful and civilized world. We will publish a list of those identified as being opposed to establishing a system of International Law and Order and World Peace on our website. Then, it will become both your, and the people’s option to stop supporting or doing business with anyone that is identified as being opposed to the people living in a peaceful and civilized world. In all reality not much will change in who the people support in government or do business with because you can be assured everyone will understand what they will be giving up if they do not become publicly known supporters of this International Law and Order and World Peace issue.
The Sales Package used to recruit supporters.
The sales package we use to recruit supporters for the cause is based on a number of questions. These questions are designed to identify people, particularly politicians and other public figures or organizations and place them in one of three categories. (1); A supporter of Peace through Law and Order. (2): Does not support Peace through Law and Order. (3): Contacted, No response, Not interested.
As a test, answer these following questions and place yourself in the category you wish to be listed in regards to this issue.
(1): Do you want to live in Peace? (2): Do you want all other people to live in Peace? (3): Do you believe you are entitled to Human Rights? (4): Do you believe all people are entitled to Human Rights? (5): Do you want to live in a civilized and peaceful world? (6): Do you think this world should be civilized through a system of International law and Order? (7): Do you want your government to be a participating member in a civilized and peaceful global society by being required to abide by International Law and Order? (8): Do you believe all people, organizations, and governments should be accountable for their actions within a system of International Law and Order? (9): Would you support the efforts to establish a civilized system of International Law and Order based on Human Rights, which would establish the highest level of Peace and civilized order for this world? (10): Can we list you as a supporter for establishing a system of World Peace through the establishment of International Law and Order based on Human Rights?
The powerful part in asking these questions is knowing there is a physical plan available that can provide the things these questions suggest, therefore we will be speaking about reality, not in hypothetical terms.
Imagine anyone, particularly politicians, CEO’s, religious leaders, and organizations having to answer these questions knowing they will be publicly listed according to their answers.
These questions were designed to seek out and publicly identify those who do not want the people of this world or their governments to live within a system of International Law and Order with legalized Human Rights entitlements for all people. Any public figures opposed to abiding by the law, or the people living in Peaceful and civilized societies, and having legalized Human Rights entitlements, will be identified and promoted as such on the web and in all the public medias possible. Each person, organization, or others wanting Peace through International Law and Order must simply register with our organization and voluntarily agree to not vote for, support, or do business with anyone publicly identified as being opposed to Peace, Human Rights, Law and Civilized Order. No person will be ask to do more then register and volunteer to, stay informed, and turn their backs on anyone identified as being opposed to the people living in Peace.
This system of World Peace does not create a One World type Government.
You will notice when you read and understand our total plan, there are no provisions for individuals to assume any leadership positions that have powers to control the system of International Law and Order. There will be no Congress to set policies or change the scope or meaning of the International Laws. There will be an appointed leader of the main body but he will have no powers other then to manage the functions and keep the order of the main body. The main body will have no authority, right, or power to change or enact any policies; their only job will be to enforce the laws that were presented to them by the people, not make laws or amend them. The International Court will have oversight of the main body and by law must make public any irregularities not normal to approved functions of the main body. To ensure their Peace, the people will keep a close eye on the GPO and make public any irregularities or changes in its original functions that took place without approval of the people.
There are provisions for the people of any member country to remove their representative anytime he or she is not doing their job properly. No member of the main body will be above the law and can be prosecuted for illegal activities relating to their appointed duties. It will be against International Law for anyone to lobby members of the main body to seek special privileges for a particular agenda. No final plan has been formulated at this time and everyone can be assured that all measures to avoid a One World type Government will be included in the final plan. Our priority in the beginning was to design a system of Peace through Law and Order that eliminated all possibilities for any kind of One World Government or military domination of the people.
The main components of our plan used in this challenge are some of the same components the United Nations has had at its disposal for over 60 years and failed to implement because some of its member governments refuse to abide by its International Laws. Those components needed to civilize this world were at one time important enough to form the United Nations; just because they failed to implement them back then doesn’t mean those same components cannot be used today in a different format to civilize this world. The United Nations does not have ownership of those components, thus making them available to be used by anyone who can find a way to make them work. Since it is essentially the people who form and pay for governments to manage the affairs of their country for them, it is the people who have the right and responsibility to form and manage an independent international agency with the legal authority to adopt and enforce a system of International Law and Civilized Order. In the name of Peace, we should look seriously at using this approach to become civilized because it will work due to the fact it is the only way to become civilized and Peaceful.
